Elkins and the surrounding stretch southeast of Fayetteville is almost entirely well-water territory — hilly terrain and scattered rural development that never had municipal water extended to it.
The hilly, wooded terrain around Elkins means well depths and static water levels vary a lot from property to property, even between close neighbors. Access for equipment can also be a factor on some of the more remote lots — something we plan for ahead of a service call rather than discovering on-site.
